About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshop bookings made with EverSafe First Aid Training Centre LLC ("EverSafe", "we", "us", or "our"). By ticking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Bookings and Payment

• Your place is confirmed once payment has been received (or, for a fully discounted booking, once you complete checkout), and we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide.
• Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Card payments are processed securely through Stripe; EverSafe does not store your card details.
• Where you book for more than one attendee, please make sure each attendee's name and contact details are correct.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. With at least 24 hours' notice, we're happy to move your booking to another available date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time, and non-attendance on the day, cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

Certificates

An HSI certificate is optional and available for an additional fee per attendee. You can add it at checkout, or buy it after the workshop using the link in your post-workshop email.

Photography & Filming

Photography and filming may take place during EverSafe workshops for marketing, educational and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or video, please let a member of the EverSafe team know before the workshop begins and we will ensure your preference is respected.
