All EverSafe bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. This is due to limited class sizes, instructor scheduling, and preparation costs incurred in advance of each session.
If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, we're very happy to move your booking to another available date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, or non-attendance on the day, cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as the space and instructor time will already have been reserved for you.
Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will be treated as a late cancellation.
We know that things don't always go to plan. If something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as you can and we'll always do our best to help where possible.
